As an advertiser currently using the Branded Sign Up page, you don’t have to do anything to start reaping the benefits of these updates, however, now would be a great time to review your content to ensure it's up to date and accurate. What is the Branded Sign Up Page?
The Branded Sign Up Page is hosted by CJ and accessed by a link placed on your website. This allows publishers who are not already part of the CJ Network to complete a quick form to apply to your program and join CJ at the same time. The page also enables publishers who are joined to CJ to quickly log in and apply to your program, which streamlines the application process.
Think of your Branded Sign Up Page as an opportunity to sell your program to potential publishers perusing your website, and ultimately drive sales, because that’s exactly what it is! Begin with a short paragraph that describes who you are and what you have to offer.
Bullet pointed lists make information easy to skim and digest. To maximize your appeal to publishers, be sure to also include the following information:
- Commission Rate
- Cookie Duration
- Target Demographic Audience
- Data Feed Availability
- Any additional information that sets your program apart from your competition
Consider including details around average order size and range. For example, you might list something like, “Our site offers 2,500 products with an average order size of $359. Orders typically range from $59 to $1,000.” Finally, don’t forget to conclude with a call to action that invites publishers to join your program. Something along the lines of, “Join us today!” should do the trick.
Application Auto Response
One great feature of the Branded Sign Up Page is the automatic reply that publishers receive after they submit an application to join your program. Keep this response simple. Consider a quick message similar to this one: “Thanks for your interest in joining the [Advertiser Name] Affiliate Program. You will be notified within one to two business days, once your application has been reviewed.”
Logo & Customization
As an added convenience, the recent updates will allow your header graphic to automatically populate once you’ve added a logo to the Program Settings portion of your Network Profile.
